Owner Project Management Research Of An Aerospace Industry Park Construction

Modern project management of our country has developed more than 20 years,the management level made a huge progress,but there are still many problems,such as the industrial laws and regulations need to improve,the supervision mechanism need to establish.In a word,there is gap between our modern project management level and oversea modern project management level.In recent years,as China's economy developed fast,a variety of construction projects,especially the construction of industrial parks is in great demand.The conflicts between the owner and other participants frequently appeared during the construction of the industrial park,due to the delay of the project as the overall planner and organizer can't manage this construction team very well.Through literature review,field research and case study,taking the Zhenjiang Industrial Park Owner Project Management as the study object,based on the basic theory of the project management,analyzing the management status and inadequacies of the construction project owner management,we propose a suitable OPM pattern for aerospace industry park construction project;depending on the proposed OPM pattern,deeply discuss the organizing and implementation strategies during different stages of Zhenjiang Industrial Park construction project;Finally,broaden the research conclusion to the implementation of the aerospace industry construction project OPM.The study background of proposed OPM pattern is Zhenjiang aerospace industry construction project,enriching the aerospace industry construction OPM studies,providing a possible solution for aerospace industry project OPM.At the same time,the study can ensure the OPM pattern is successful implemented according to the prosed schedule and the control measurements including cost,safety and quality control measurements.I believe this OPM pattern can not only to improve the economic and management efficiency of Zhenjiang industrial park,but also to provide a useful OPM reference for other aerospace industry parks.
