The Implementation Plan Of Project Management For Owner

For a long time, the researches of domestic scholars about implementation plan are very few, and most of which focus on the theory discussion, They are not only systematic, but also lack of analysis of practical application. In view of this, how to draw up the project implementation planning of owner is studied in this paper.This article firstly reviews and summarizes the problems of the owner’s project management, and then carries on the literature review to the current research progress. In addition, this paper also summaries and refines the basic concepts, basic theory and process of implementation, which provide the idea and foundation for the paper.Secondly, much attention was paid in the design of project organization and mechanism of communication. Therefore, the principles of design of project organization were discovered and then organization structure and mechanism of communication in for owner’s project team were successfully built. Moreover, integration management model should be introduced into the design of management system for the successful owner’s project management in this paper.At last chapter of this thesis, case study on the GoldenPark developed by the Evergrande Real project organization, integration of project information and time management in this project were taken.
