Liquid desiccant air-conditioning system is a typical example of independent temperature-humidity control air-conditioning system,which utilize desiccant solution to realize air dehumidification,and resolve the problem of waste of heat and bacteria breeding of traditional air-conditioning systems.As the key part of liquid desiccant air-conditioning system,dehumidifier and regenerator's heat source is a pivotal issue.Therefore,coupling air-conditioning system coupled by heat pump and liquid desiccant air-conditioning system is proposed by some researchers to address the barriers of heat source.Based on this background,desiccant solution assisted moderate-high temperature heat pump coupling air-conditioning system was proposed,and the influence of moderate-high temperature heat of condensation on regenerator was studied and explored in this paper.First of all,cross-flow regenerator experimental platform was set up,after changing experimental parameters,the outlet parameters were monitored,and regeneration amount and efficiency,which are two key performance measurement parameters of regenerator was calculated and analyzed.The change rule of outlet parameters under conditions of various inlet liquid parameters and inlet air parameters was studied.After comparing with moderate temperature liquid regenerator,the conclusion of superior regeneration performance of moderate-high liquid regenerator was obtained.Secondly,the numerical model of regenerator was constructed using FLUENT software based on heat and mass transfer mechanisms and practical situations.And the velocity distribution,temperature distribution and liquid outlet concentration distibution results were simulated after changing inlet parameters.The temperature nephograms and distribution curves of outlet liquid concentration were obtained,and its distribution characteristics,change rule with varying inlet parameters and causes were studied.The experiment and modelling results were compared for verification.Finally,techno-economic comparison and analysis was carried out between desiccant solution assisted moderate-high temperature heat pump coupling air-conditioning system and desiccant wheel assisted moderate-high temperature heat pump coupling air-conditioning system.Through analysis about their merits and demerits,initial cost and effect degree of regeneration amount by varying inlet parameters,the conclusion of slightly higher inlet and outlet temperature difference,notably higher inlet and outlet moisture content difference,more stable change rule were obtained.The superiority and applicability of liquid desiccant air-conditioning system using moderate-high temperature heat source was proved which can provide a point of reference for future researches.
