| It is significant in energy-saving and environmental impact alleviating to researchand develop the moderate/high temperature heat pump technology, which commits intoelevating the working temperature level of heat pumps, and would enable theenergy-saving heat pump heating technology to apply to industry fields and serve thewaste heat. One important aspect of the researches on the moderate/high temperatureheat pump technology is to find out new alternative working fluids with zero ODP(Ozone Depletion Potential), low GWP (Global Warming Potential), themal parametersof appropriate and good cycle performance. Some working fluids at condensing temperature from60to100℃were proposedand evaluated in this paper for the moderate/high temperature heat pump in theoreticaland experimental investigations. In this paper,15refrigerants were proposed as potential working fluids for thetechnology, which fall into HCs, HFCs and HCFCs with zero or low ODP and lowGWP values and suitable thermal cycling parameters.Theoretical performances of15fluids were carried out with theoretical analysismethodology. Some good pure ones have been recommended to different temperatureranges. And based on purely qualitative performance analysis, in accordance with theprinciple of complementary advantages,6kinds of binary mixtures new refrigerantMA1-MA6and5kinds of ternary mixtures new refrigerant MB1-MB5were proposed.Theoretical performances of the mixed refrigerant, R245fa as a comparison.A moderate and high temperature heat pump test system was established, someexperimental investigations on pure components were firstly carried out in thecondensing temperature range of60to80℃; Then zeotropic mixtures MA1ã€MA3ã€MB4which have excellent theoretical cycle performances were investigatedexperimentally, also the R245fa as a comparison, at the condensing temperature of80to90℃. And the experimental results were analyzed and summarized. The theoretical and experimental results have indicated that the working fluids andmixtures studied in the paper have potentials as moderate/high temperature heat pumpworking fluids in different temperature spans. |
