We need to consume large amounts of high-grade energy for indoor environment for the pursuit of a more comfortable living environment, which often need to burn a lot of coal as a support Compressed chillers have been widely used to promote social progress and to improve people’s quality of life because of it’s mature technology and reliable operation, but which give rise to many problems associated with many acute challenges, especially in energy consumption and environment, We need to respond activelyConsidering the above aspects, we need to enhance and improve the current air conditioning system actively, in order to adapt to the urgent requirement to reduce the use of fossil energy, rational use of renewable energy, and to avoid damage to the environment in the new era The paper proposes a new type of solar desiccant air conditioning system, recycling the ambient air heated by the condenser, and the compressed chillers and solar desiccant air conditioning system work together, and the heat source is from the solar energy and the condenser exothermic. The system can use renewable energy and waste heat or electrical energy to replace fossil energy and electric energy, in order to achieve the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection and reducing consumption.Firstly, we understand the indoor moisture load and ideal dehumidifying efficiency, and compared the different dehumidification techniques based on it. After the completion and analysis of the liquid desiccant system, we proposed and designed new solar liquid desiccant air conditioning system, and it use condensing heat to preheat the regeneration air, system components include:solar collector/regenerator, air-cooled heat pump units, the solution reservoir, air dehumidification cooling unit. Systems use renewable energy and waste heat as a composite and renewable heat source, to ensure the system saving in energy conservation and environmental protection, at the same time, the system can run stable with high environmental adaptability.Secondly, we analyzed the heat and mass transfer in the solar collector/regenerator comprehensively, then simplified reasonably, and established control equation and simulated the heat and mass transfer in the regenerator, the simulation results show changes of liquid reproducing in different in and out parameters, while compared the acquisition of the test data to the simulated conditions. The simulation and test results consistently show that, after the heated regeneration air, the solar collector/regenerator enhanced regenerative capacity, and improved the quality of the ability to exchange.Finally, we described the researching and designing method condensing heat preheating the regeneration air in solar desiccant air conditioning system by an example of a villa project in Jinan. Including regeneration air flow calculation, climate of the engineering local and solar radiation heat gain calculation, and compared the energy consumption of new solar desiccant air conditioning system with traditional cooling and dehumidifying air-conditioning system. The study shows that inlet air temperature rise8°C by the recycling condensation heat to warm up the regeneration air, regeneration reached a growth rate of31.05%. Greatly reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning. Reasonably compositing solar and condensing heat up in the air-conditioning system as the heat source of renewable unit without the need to sacrifice unit COP consideration to drop below the dew point temperature, and do not need to reheat the air because of the coupling control temperature and humidity of phase,power consumption saved17.12%compared to the traditional temperature and humidity coupled control air-conditioning system, and achieved energy saving improvement goals.The results show for the comfort requirements by cooling and dehumidification indoor air in summer, condensation heat warming the regeneration air solar liquid desiccant air conditioning system handle the temperature and humidity separated, using renewable energy and recycling the heat pump condensing heat to reduce the consumption of high-grade heat improved the energy saving rate of the entire system. The solar collector/regenerator running effect on the performance of the whole system has a pivotal role.
