Based on aircraft parts assembly line as the research object, based on the production line homework balance, around how to construct the effective model of aircraft parts assembly production of aircraft parts assembly production line assembly process simulation and optimization, to find a suitable parts and assembly line optimization algorithm with practical examples verify the validity of the model simulation and algorithm optimization, which based on optimization algorithm developed aircraft parts assembly line optimization system.The dissertation is organized as follows:In the first chapter,the research background and research status at home and abroad are summarized.The significance, main contents and organization of thedissertation are presented accordingly.The second chapter, Parts assembly modeling method is proposed based on TdPN, established the model of component assembly based on TdPN, by establishing the model components of the assembly lines of parts assembly production line assembly process simulation.The third chapter, Detailed introduces the parts assembly line optimization method based on resource and parts assembly line optimization method based on time, by the above method, based on the production line balance, based on assembly resource constraints, and assembly time constraint of aircraft parts assembly production line optimization.The forth chapter, By determining optimization algorithm based on the resource and time constraints, based outside wing assembly line balancing, foreign wing assembly line based on the resource and time constraints of optimization, to verify the parts to production line modeling and simulation and optimization method is effective.The fifth chapter, This chapter discusses the component assembly line optimization system implementation process, development tools and development environment, this paper introduces the optimize the environment of the system's user interface layout and use an assembly line.Finally, the innovative achievements in this dissertation are concluded, and prospects inthe future are suggested.
