Job Shop Scheduling(JSP)is fundamentally a resource allocation problem.It has great theoretical significance and engineering application value for the in-depth and expansion of resource scheduling research,and has become a research hotspot nowadays.In the aero-engine job shop scheduling problem,the work-piece processing has a higher requirement for the operator and machine tool equipment,and the constraint relationship is obvious.Because of the high precision of the work-piece and the complex processing technology,the difference of the ability of the operator also has a significant impact on the actual production.This paper takes aeroengine as the research object,takes job shop scheduling as the background,combines the related theories and practical results of current domestic and foreign scholars on dual resource constrained(DRC)job shop scheduling(DRCJSP).Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aero-engine job-shop scheduling,the problem of job-shop scheduling with dual resource constraints of equipment and differentiated workers considering disturbance events is studied.This paper mainly focuses on the construction of the model,the design of the solution method and the validation of the example,and applies the model and algorithm to the actual case analysis.It gives some reference suggestions to solve the scheduling problem in Aeroengine production,which will help enterprises to improve production efficiency and competitiveness.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the aero-engine job shop scheduling problem is studied.The related theories and optimization methods are introduced,including double resource constraints theory,job shop scheduling theory and operational research method,heuristic method,simulation method and intelligent optimization method,etc.Then the related theories of cloud model are analyzed,and the application and optimization of cloud model in genetic algorithm are expounded.Then,the existing problems of aero-engine job shop are analyzed,and the scheduling model of aero-engine job shop with dual resource constraints of machine equipment and differentiated workers is established.Based on the rolling window and event-driven idea,the disturbance events in the actual production process of aero-engine are considered,including equipment failure,workers leaving their jobs,and so on.The cloud genetic algorithm is used to simulate the model,and the feasibility and validity of the algorithm and the model are verified by comparative experiments through an example analysis.Finally,the problem of aero-engine job shop scheduling in Company A is analyzed,and the model and algorithm are applied to optimize the job shop scheduling scheme,and the application effect is analyzed.In view of the impact of disturbance events on the scheduling scheme,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward from the perspective of equipment failure prediction,worker training and related scheduling system construction.
