With the development of society,people's living standard is getting higher and higher,and the most basic needs such as food,clothing,housing and transportation are getting higher and higher.The proposal of green building just meets people's demand for housing quality.During the construction of prefabricated buildings,the problem of environmental pollution is greatly reduced compared with the traditional buildings,which is favored by people.However,due to the complexity of the current multi-project scheduling,the scheduling of prefabricated buildings in the construction process is unreasonable,resulting in the slow construction plan and high cost.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the project scheduling problem of prefabricated buildings.In this dissertation,the resource scheduling of prefabricated housing project is studied,and some problems such as bad weather,untimely supply of materials,delay in payment,etc.,are fully analyzed and considered in the assembly construction site,and the production period of components is vague.This paper focuses on the problem of resource constrained project scheduling under environmental constraints,such as equipment failures and problems occurring in the course of transportation components,such as the influence of constraints on project scheduling and duration.A schedule optimization model with the goal of optimal project duration and maximum benefit is established.The genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem of resource allocation and schedule optimization.Scheduling of Assembly Residential projects Management provides reference and reference.Finally,the simulation results of a prefabricated residential project show that with the increase of the complexity of the scheduling problem,the performance is more obvious.It can provide reasonable and constructive suggestions for resource management and schedule optimization for prefabricated residential project scheduling.
