Application And Research Of Green Manufacturing Theory In Bus Manufacturing

Manufacturing is not only the power of promoting national economic development,but also the pillar of the national economy. Economy and the development of manufacturing, a large number of high-rise buildings and factories construction, all these need stable electric power for transmission. Bus play the important role of the collection, distribution, and transmit electricity in the power supply system, through reasonable design and layout, bus can meet the needs of its various aspects, it has provided a broad space of development for bus manufacturing enterprises. But bus product is important carrier of energy consumption, pollution, and security risk. So the bus enterprises'development and environment influence are contradictory, but they are both challenge and opportunity. How to reduce energy consumption in maximization and reduce the negative effect on the environment problem has become the key of breaking through bottleneck of high-speed bus manufacturing enterprises.Therefore, how to realize the bus product design and greening manufacturing has become an urgent task of bus production.In this paper, for greening to improve bus product of design and manufacturing based on the theory of green manufacturing. Taking intensive bus duct of bus manufacturing enterprises as the research object,for improving main part in the entire life cycle of bus duct products; Using the established bus duct manufacture process of environmental impact analysis model for calculation comparison and analysis,and applying the theory to the bus manufacturing enterprises, finally realize the maximization of the green manufacturing of bus products. First of all, analying main part of bus duct products in the entire life cycle in detail. Secondly, based on the theory of green manufacturing, bus duct manufacturing process of environmental impact analysis model is established. Finally, improving the bus duct products greening,eg:material, structure and process of bus duct products. By comparison with theoretical calculation and analysis, performance comparison and small scale manufacturing, getting the conclusion:Bus duct improvement can not only meet the various performance indicators, but also reduces the bus duct production impact on the environment, so as to decline the production cost of manufacturing enterprises and the environment, to further improve the degree of greening manufacturing of bus, provides theory basis for the design and production of bus duct and scientific guidance for bus manufacturing enterprises.
