With the increasing of the high-rise buildings, the application of the raft-foundation is becoming more and more widely. The raft-foundation is basically poured by mass concrete, if effective control measures not taken in construction, it is easy to produce cracks. So the mass concrete control is the key of the raft foundation concrete quality control. And the heat generated by the hydration heat of concrete is an important factor in raft foundation cracks appear, so correct predition caused by hydration heat of concrete temperature field, and take some feasible measures for which can effectively avoid the generation of cracks:By using finite element software ADINA to simulate the temperature of the raft-foundation, and taking temperature measurement of Roman Holiaay raft foundation, the simulation result is in accordance with the temperature measurement data, showing that the ADINA can effectively predict the temperature change of mass concrete. For similar raft foundation mass concrete temperature distribution in the engineering for reference, for more targeted in the construction to provide theoretical basis for crack control.By using the ADINA, change the in heat transfer coefficient of concrete and soil can lower the highest temperature and the largest temperature difference of concreteIn addition According to the results of numerical simulation and the actual temperature measurement, analyzes the causes of cracks in mass concrete, and take the corresponding control measures. And analyzed the development of the internal temperature field of mass concrete and the formation law of temperature stress, test temperature control measures applied in the engineering examples, in fact, proved the feasibility of the new cooling method and the reliability engineering.
