| With the rapid development of underground engineering, TBM has been more and more widely used. This device is a collection of mechanic, electronic, hydraulic, computer and laser, as one of the large-scale integrated equipment, it is very complex and have a expensive price. As a factory streamline operations, shield machine’s construction process loops and a certain link problems, may cause the whole machine downtime, even paralysis, which makes the whole project could not be continued, the damage is amazing. Therefore, timely grasp the state of of shield machine is the key to reduce unnecessary downtime, to ensure the smooth operation of the project,that makes it has a great significance, combined with virtual instrument technology, based on Lab VIEW software programming language, this paper research and developed the shield machine state detection system.The main research content of this paper includes the following several parts:1. In view of the importance of shield machine working environment and work parts, determined the primary monitoring object, it contains four categories,such as main motor, main transmission, bearing and hydraulic pump, completed the TBM state monitoring and the establishment of simulation model, through the whole section machine with specific analysis, selected and designed the hardware part of the monitoring system.2. Through the sensor, signal acquisition card combined with Lab VIEW DAQ hardware equipment,it can collect the operation condition of the main components of the TBM. According to the truth that TBM is huge, and parts are easy to interact with each other in the construction process, proposed pretreatment scheme such as signal filtering, add window, noise reduction.3. According to TBM have a complex structure and actual practical factors such as poor working conditions, combined with today’s mainstream signal processing method of analysis, put forward a variety of vibration signal processing method, and is verified by an example, proved the feasibility of this method.4. The software part has carried on the design of monitoring system. System software based on LabVIEW platform, designed and developed data acquisition, signal analysis and processing, and storage of remote release three big functional modules. Data storage which can realize data storage, waveform storage.we can manage the stored data through connecting with the Access database; Signal analysis and processing contains time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, frequency domain analysis and so on, provide the image intuitive basis for condition monitoring.5. Through web design software on the system software design, this detection system has realized the remote sharing, for engineers to realize remote monitoring, and provide reliable data for fault diagnosis. |
