Study Of Space Design Of 90m~2 Owner-occupied Commercial Housing In Beijing

Owner-occupied commercial house is to solve the housing issues of middle-stratum by beijing government and ather six depatments as BJJS,BMBLR,BJCZ and so on.To a certain extent,it eases the intense situation about housing issues of middle income class,but there are some parts need to improve just like policy and space design.This article has been studied with 90m~2 owner-occupied commercial house in Beijing.The purpose of this study by analyzing the 90m~2 owner-occupied commercial house in Beijing is to provide the supporting data and reference information for the spatial design and improve design efficiency to reduce investment during the design phase.Firstly,taking analysis of policy of this kind of house and figuring out how the vulnerability and problem of the policy will impact on the design issue.Secondly,get the spatial data analyzed.The writing process has mainly used the read literature,case analysis and field research methods to do the analysis and research.Through the study of owner-occupied commercial house policy and space design finally get the policy proposal and spatial data of 90m~2 owner-occupied house.In the first part,through the analysis about the background to definite the concept to find the destination of this study;secondly,analysis of the present status at home and abroad to find solutions for the problems and direction of this research.The second chapter is the study of China's housing and affordable housing policy,so as to owner-occupied house be traced.Policy analysis,both for owner-occupied real estate analysis,because of the emergence of rhe policy for this type of housing.In the third part,mostly analysis the basis of dwelling space design and owner-occupied commercial house at this time.The fourth part is the analysis and research of the real estate project of owner occupied by the author.In the fifth part,the analysis and research for the owner-occupied commercial house space function is to clearify and make it sure the starting point and entry point of owner-occupied commercial house.The sixth chapter is the summary and conclusion of the full text,as well as the summary and supplement to the discussion in the previous chapters.Through the study of this article,finaly provide reference suggestion for the later researchers.
