Study On Commercial Space Form Of Traditional Street House In Meishan District

With the increasing tide of rural construction,more and more public opinions focus on the development and development of rural areas.Meishan area is located in the central Hunan province of China.It is a cultural domain name with Anhua County and Xinhua County as its core areas.With the successful application of Wanli Tea Road and the development of tourism in Anhua,people pay more and more attention to this cultural sector.In the process of tourism development and Meishan culture research,it can be found that traditional street houses and ancient tea-horse road are accompanied by cultural routes,and they are important carriers of commercial cultural expression in Meishan area.Therefore,this paper takes the spatial form of traditional street houses as the research point,and carries on the thorough research to it has the very important academic value and the practical significance.This paper is divided into six chapters as follows:In the first chapter,the research background,scope and research methods are discussed,and the research significance,ideas and framework are clarified.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,including the status quo of traditional street building protection,the status quo of traditional commercial space research in various fields,the status quo of Meishan culture research and related successful practice cases.In the second chapter,the formation background of traditional commercial culture in Meishan area is summarized from three different aspects: natural environment,humanistic environment and commercial history,which lays a theoretical foundation for extracting the influencing factors of Traditional Street commercial space.In the third chapter,starting with the commercial space at the village level,the spatial layout characteristics of traditional streets and lanes in Meishan area are summarized,with water and post roads as the main parts,and the typical research sample space is selected accordingly.In the fourth chapter,starting from the commercial space level of street level,through the analysis of the functional composition,spatial elements and spatial relations of street level,the traditional spatial composition types of street level in Meishan area are summarized by considering the spatial location,functional composition and scale relationship of street level.In the fifth chapter,we focus on the analysis of the commercial space form of single-level street houses.This paper classifies and analyses the general situation,functional types and spatial layout characteristics of street buildings,summarizes the layout characteristics of traditional street buildings commercial space.Chapter 6 studies the current situation and shortcomings of the protection of traditional commercial town buildings in Meishan area.Finally,it divides into two types of design objectives: cultural tourism type and commercial block type.It puts forward the design strategies of traditional street houses in Meishan area in the contemporary context of different design objectives.
