The contra-rotating fan is a fluid machine, the contra-rotating fan in harsh environment area of energy extraction, underground and transportation has been widely adopted,and a fluid due to the maturity of the software aspects of fluid mechanics are increasingly improved,so that people in the study of the contrarotating fan strength, efficiency and aerodynamic performance and other aspects of the deepening,the mechanical structure, flow field flow, matching speed and other factors affecting the performance of its work. By the computational fluid dynamics software for the contra-rotating fan numerical simulation to obtain under different flow and the speed of the second-stage impeller is not the same fan performance, the use of software for mechanical impeller blade levels are simulated to obtain the static properties of the blade, fans reliable, efficient work of data support.First of all, described the structure and performance parameters, working principle about the contra-rotating fan,the model for FBD5.0/2×7.5 mine local contra-rotating fan is used as a research object,the 3 d flow field model is drew by solidworks software and gambit software,setting the boundary conditions, and split the model.The second,the model that has built well for numerical simulation in Fluent software,The fan is analyzed when the speed of the second-stage is changing, get the static pressure change and efficiency characteristics about the contra-rotating fan,the impeller suffered wind pressure strength,changes in fluid trajectory,and comprehensive analysis of the performance of the fan when the rotor speed of change about the second-stage impeller.The last, using Ansys Workbench software on the two impellers of the fan fluid-structure interaction analysis,corresponding with fluid software Fluent and Ansys Workbench software in structural stresses module Static Structural,thus analyze the deformation trend and stress magnitude of the impeller blade in several different conditions and variable speed conditions.
