Environmental pollution is increasingly serious, dust pollution increasingly arousepeople’s attention. Spray axial flow fan can effectively reduce the dust concentration in theair, the performance of axial flow fan is very important. The contra-rotating axial flow fanhas a few good features such as compact structure and big air volume, is beneficial toimprove the spray distance of the fan.The model of impeller is reconstructed by the reverse engineering, the CFDnumerical simulation analysis is mainly used for airflow field of the contra-rotating axialflow fan, the spray distance of the fan is the test index, the orthogonal test analysis iscarried on that several important parameters of the collector, two-stage impeller and thechimney fan are the test factors. We get the optimal parameter combination for the longestspray distance. and analyze the influence of various factors on the spray distance. Analyzethe optimal parameter combination by the numerical simulation, verify the feasibility oforthogonal test, and provide certain guiding significance to the design of the fan.The performance parameters of the contra-rotating axial flow fan are very important,analyze the parameters of air volume, axial wind speed on export, two-stage impeller shaftpower based on the orthogonal test, analyze the primary and secondary order of thevarious factors to performance parameters of the fan as well as the impact trend. Thecharacteristics of external flow depend on the performance parameter of the export airflow,discuss the relationship between the export performance parameters of airflow and thespray distance.Based on the impact trend of the various factors to two-stage impeller shaft power,match them rationally. Based on the analysis of internal flow field, improve the fan.Analyze the external airflow velocity of the improved model and the velocity distributionof the external airflow on axis and each section. Analyze the static pressure and velocity ofthe internal flow field and two-stage impeller, discuss the regularities of the distribution.
