The Designing And Implementation Of Computer Touch Screen Of Dispatch Console In Soft-switch Of Electric Power System

Dispatch Console is the most important terminal device in dispatch communication network.The designing and implementation of dispatch console is the equipment foundation of communication services in electric power system.The research of communication services promotes the optimization of architecture of electric power system,whereas the modernized operation of power grid in turn to raise more technical requests on dispatch console to reach the standards of communication requirements of capable,accurate,reliable,and convenient,which will let the traditional dispatching communication enjoy the dividends of technology development.This paper is based on the development of modern communication technology,to analyze and summary the demands and features of dispatch console in Soft-Switch of electric power industry,and from the perspective of applications,the paper puts forward the designing and implementation of a new generation of dispatch console in electric power.The main contents include:1.To analyze the effects of network platform development on dispatch console in the development process of dispatching communication network of electric power.2.To analyze dispatch console’s demands from its functions,structure,and development process.3.To analyze the designing of dispatch console in security,interface and operation from the perspective of operation and application of electric power dispatch users.4.In the study,this paper has fully combined with many aspects,such as big platform environment,product,and operational requirements,and comparatively analyzed the design choices in the historical evolution,thus to put forward guidance for the standard setting,product development,and design finalization of computer touch screen.This paper specifically introduces several perspectives:1.To analyze the effects of the development of the whole communication network environment on dispatch console,which makes the products conform to the development of the environment,and ensuring the applicability and the life cycle of products.2.To analyze the basic features,structure of dispatch console from its development history,which is easy to find out the core demands and development direction of dispatch console.3.To formulate the design of dispatch console via operation application instead of the difficult grade of program development,such as interface,portal,operation process,management&maintenance,which ensures the man-machine operating characteristics and meet the business requirements.From the structure,development,historical process,and application requirements of dispatching communication network of electric power,this paper analyses the technical requirements of new generation electric power dispatch console on structure,functions,and interfaces,and focus on formulating and designing the structure,function,and interface for computer touch screen of dispatch console which to be operated in next generation of dispatching communication IP network in electric power,and provides a set of reference tools for developing a new electric power dispatch console and constructing the dispatching communication network,and provides technical support to basic equipment for optimization the management of communication operation of modern power grid.
