Abstract/Summary:
To Fuxin Dalinghe better management of protected areas,but also with the water conservancy department of the "modern information technology to promote water conservation" approach,Fuxin Daling Protection Agency proposed to protected areas in Fuxin Dalinghe digitizing management,establish Daling river management information systems,and river management systems integration, through spatial analysis functions and visualizations to make up the lack of traditional management, improve the technological level of river management.This paper mainly done the following work:1. Linghe management information system construction project requirements, using a technique based on C# and Oracle databases ArcEngine a combination of methods to establish C/S structure of Linghe management information systems. Full use of the GIS spatial analysis, display, and professional in all aspects of the advantages of the model, they are integrated into the system to ensure the Information System functional diversification.2. Based on "a map" data integration technology to establish a database of protected area in Fuxin City. Put all basic data and thematic data of protected areas into a unified coordinate system is in space can plan a collection of information in time can be dynamically updated.3. One of the key modules of this article is based on dynamic segmentation technology to achieve a dynamic query information on river management module, the module can be implemented in the main river in the event by the event table is reflected in the chart, but also can be the river path identify and locate other operations.4. Another key module is based on version management tools for the implementation of a data base updates and historical data back modules. In this module can be achieved on protected areas data online and offline updates, as well as through versions and history archive historical data in two ways back and other functions.In addition to these two key modules, the system also enables the data base management; realization of Fuxin Linghe blue line within the protected area management; realization of the occupied units Linghe river management; realization of Ling River protection zone ancillary works facility management; realization of engineering information Linghe river protected area management; also implements some simple visualization management and other functions.
