With the rapid development of the electrified railway, the electromagnetic noise which is generated by the catenary-pantograph arc is increasingly prominent in the high-speed rail system. The jamming signal poses a threat to the reliability of power supply system and affects the locomotive control signals and the correct transmission of the communication signal along the railway, and it does harm to health of the residents along the railway. In order to do the further study on the formation mechanism and suppression methods of the electromagnetic noise, the basic characteristics of off-line arc is analyzed, and a set of testing system is researched, including the simulation of the catenary-pantograph arc and the test of electromagnetic noise. The functions of artificial control of the off-line arcing and collection of the voltage and the current, speed, torque, temperature, contact pressure are achieved in this system. The DSP chip FMS320F2812 is used as the control core. The PC monitoring software is used to realize the real-time monitoring and data storage based on Labview software. According to the reference with the standards of the electromagnetic compatibility, the semi anechoic chamber is built after the choose and design of shielded room, absorbing materials, and ancillary facility. The full experimental program for the conducted noise and the radiation noise is given and the performance of the whole experiment system are tested. |
