Coal is the main energy sources in our country.and the coal gangue is the biggest solid rubbish.because of its populate to the environment.so it give rise to big attention.so,the decresement.reclamation and the sizement is very vexation.The composition and the character deside the coal gangue could be used in the field of building materials.So the resource utilization is the best way to consume coal gangue.This subject is funded by the committee project of National Natural Science and the limited company of ShenHua group.It is the subprojects of the (U1261122),A11 results of the studies are in the fund of the project.Our subject team have used lots of way to solve the problem caused by Spontaneous Combustion Coal Gangue sand-lightweight Concrete.we have do this though contrast test,orthogonal test,pretreat Spontaneous Combustion Gangue coarse aggregate incorporate the fly ash and the silica fume.we do these in order to discover the influence and regularity of the Spontaneous Combustion Coal Gangue sand-lightweight Concrete.And had achieved some main research results:The speed of the water absorption to Spontaneous Combustion Gangue coarse aggregate is very fast,it could reached 95% when 20min.And different time have different speed,it roughly present three stage, have established a formula between the water absorption coarse aggregate and the time of absorb water. When the percentage of water absorption on Spontaneous Combustion Gangue coarse aggregate is 80%,and absorb water ahead 1h,the Spontaneous Combustion Coal Gangue sand-lightweight Concrete could achieve the nature of big liquidity,and the concrete's strength will no longer decrease.Through the orthogonal test,the influence of the silica fume to the Spontaneous Combustion Coal Gangue sand-lightweight Concrete is very significant,no matter to the workable, the strength and the ability of resist cl";when the mixing amount is small,it have no effect on the concrete's ability of resist freeing and thawing.The fly ash express very significant to the concrete's workable and the ability of resist freeing and thawing,express significant to the 28d strength,and have no effect on the concrete's ability of resist Cl-.
