This paper used microscopic analysis and experimental research method of combiningon depth study of low-temperature calcined gangue for active mineral admixtures and nospontaneous combustion gangue for concrete aggregates, with the background of industrialwaste-no spontaneous combustion gangue yield, high pollution and low utilization rate.Through the X-ray diffraction, industrial analysis and chemical analysis, IR spectralanalysis and other microscopic detection means, We conducted a comprehensive study andanalysis on microscopic features of no spontaneous combustion gangue, which laid thetheoretical basis for cementing material using by no spontaneous combustion gangue. We compared calcined gangue material and increased calcium calcined ganguematerial as cement admixture at different temperatures and different contents, studying thevariation by intensity contrast experimental in active effect analysis methods. Then on thebasis of the above studies, we had a research on preparation technology for active mineraladmixtures of low-temperature calcined gangue. Mixing appropriate increased calcium600℃calcined gangue-slag composite material with cement, blending increases calcium600℃calcined gangue-red mud composite material with cement, we studyed the intensityvariation in different proportions and determined the best mix programs while to conductan appropriate analysis of its hydration mechanism. In order to reduce the requirements in aspects of technological development, thispaper used no spontaneous combustion gangue as concrete aggregate, studing the law ofstrength development and failure mechanism for entire instead of concrete aggregates;According optimization technique of concrete aggregates, having experiment research onoptimization technique of concrete aggregates, then increasing intermediate aggregates ofno spontaneous combustion gangue and mixing with appropriate limestone powder toadjust their work performance. Through a lot of test analysis, increasing intermediateaggregates of no spontaneous combustion gangue and mixing with appropriate limestonepowder can improve the performance of concrete and the strength of concrete, which canfurther reduce the amount of cement.
