| With the modern family of intelligent,more and more small power motor is used to smart home,the performance of the motor is also increasingly high demand.Shaded-pole single-phase asynchronous motor is the most used single phase induction motor,because it has simple structure,reliable operation,stable performance,is widely used in the exhaust fan,induction cooker and other appliances in life.The vibration of Shaded-pole single-phase asynchronous motor connected prone part,the fixed portion and the resonant circuit board components,resulting in noise and vibration loosening problem occurs lines,the study of its vibration and noise very important.The vibration of the motor rotating shaft is divided into axial vibration,tangential vibration and radial vibration.The vibration and noise of the motor is more mature than that of the vibration and the radial vibration.Therefore,the analysis is more and more.However,for the case of a single phase induction motor with a special structure and principle,the tangential vibration is the main factor,and the vibration of the power grid is two times more than that of the tangential vibration.Therefore,it is important to study the vibration of the two power grid.This paper introduces the structure of shaded-pole single-phase asynchronous motor characteristics and working principles,analysis of the particularity of air-gap magnetic field,the average equivalent circuit and torque formula are obtained.Secondly according to the rotating air gap flux density and the relationship between the rotor current,deduced its rotational torque and vibration torque physical model.The measuring method of vibration moment is obtained and the analysis is carried out.Then,the method of reducing vibration is analyzed,and the physical model is derived and experiments are carried out.Finally,theory combined with practice,through experimental analysis found that completely cut tangential double grid frequency vibration torque,verify the accuracy of the physical model and the vibration reduction method is practical. |
