Study On Green Ecological Theory Of Circular Economy Of Qingdao Lou Shanhe Circulati Onindustrial Park Planing

According to the law of economic development of the world the green recyclingbased industry is the main direction of the future industrial development. At present, the appearing of smog in most cities is definitely a warning that we should pay more attention to the negative environmental impact of traditional industry. The development of Chinese industry has reached a critical moment that we must transform it.Green circulation theory focuses on no harm to the ecological environment and recycling of resources. It shows the way to make economic development get along well with ecological environment and resources utilization.It also discusses the way to keep a sustainable development, how to transforms the waste into useful resources, how to reduce the waste and how to recycle the waste harmlessly. It shows us a new model that focuses on reuse of resources and zero emission. The protection of environment will be placed in the first place. At the same time, it does not affect the development of economy; we will use natural resources in an environmentally friendly way which will achieve a win-win situation between economic development and environmental protection.At present, there are many economy theories about green circulation, but there are relatively few successful cases about setting up green recycling industrial park and implement it to the fullest. This subject is based on the planning of Circulation Industry Park of Lou Shanhe, and the economic theory about ecological circulation. it mainly focuses on the preparation wok of Lou Shanhe and shows my opinions and proposals for the future development of this kind of circulation industry park.(1)The circulation economic theory is relatively late, but it develops rapidly. this paper briefly summarizes the development of circular economy theory, and discusses the economic development in the western developed countries(2)The research focuses on the situation of generation, collection, processing of waste in urban areas in Qingdao(3)it takes Lou shanhe as an example to show the basic situation of the park, the conception of building this kind of park and the layout of the park;(4)According to the present plan and operation of the park, I put forward related suggestions.
