Research On The Planning And Design Of Holin Industrial Park Under The Cycle Economy Model

With the highly industrialized and urbanized development of modern society and the increase of human awareness of the environment,sustainable development has become the theme of world development.The simple "end-of-pipe" model of pollution can no longer meet the needs of human social development and must seek new models.In China,in the face of rapid economic development and increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and shortage of resources,the government has put forward a call to change the mode of economic growth and vigorously develop a circular economy.The circular economy industrial park,as a new type of industrial organization,plans and operates industrial parks based on circular economy concepts,industrial ecology principles,and sustainable development requirements,and connects different factories or enterprises through material flow and energy flow transfer.Together,an industry symbiotic combination of shared resources and exchanged by-products is formed,which effectively achieves the coordinated development of park economic,social,and environmental benefits,and is the main direction for the future development of industrial parks worldwide.The planning and design of circular economy industrial parks in China has also become one of the hot topics in industrial park research.This paper takes the Inner Mongolian Huolinguole Recycling Economic Industrial Park as an example.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper constructs the content system of circular economy industrial park planning and design,analyzes the examples of industrial parks,and puts forward practical planning and design suggestions for industrial parks.First of all,this paper mainly expounds the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the purpose of the research and the technical route of the research,and analyzes the research status of the development of circular economy industrial parks at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of consulting and studying a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials and cases,we summarized the basic theories of connotation,principle,and main characteristics of circular economy,industrial ecology,sustainable development,and other related theories,and listed the domestic and foreign recycling economy.Industrial park development practice.Third,based on circular industry organization and park ecological construction,combined with circular economy park planning control index system and content system,from design of planning and control index system,design of recycling industry chain,integration of industrial function and urban function,and spatial layout of the park In the aspects of transportation,organization,infrastructure construction,eco-environmental protection planning,cultural-industry integration innovation demonstration,etc.,we explored the planning and design content of industrial parks under the circular economy model.Finally,taking the Inner Mongolia Huolinguole Recycling Economic Industrial Park as an example,combining the local characteristics,this paper introduces the economic,social and natural situation of the industrial park,proposes the necessity and feasibility of the park construction,and guides the industrial park with the established planning content system.The preparation of the plan,and for the development of the circular economy of the park,the proposed research content will be applied to the actual project to make the theory more perfect.
