| In recent years, as environmental pollution become more and more serious, Sustainable development, energy saving, seems very distant in the past, however has received the widespread attention now. Previous traditional extensive construction development pattern can’t satisfy the demand of the sustainable development strategic target. In this condition, as building is energy intensive, the consumption of raw materials field, many countries are seeking the harmonious development of the architecture and natural environment effective way with concept of green building. The contents of this thesis is about the green building assessment of Foxconn project, which made detailed analysis based on two green building certification systems, mainly from economics, introducing the theory of whole life cycle of building assessment, based on cost benefit analysis, to evaluate the green building.The main content of this thesis is as follows:first of all, introduces the basic theory of green building, the necessity of the green building, characteristics and development of green building;The green building evaluation system in Chinese and foreign, such as Britain’s BREEAM system, the LEED certification system in USA; GBTool system Canada; Japan, environmental performance evaluation method CASBEE and "Chinese ecological residential technology assessment handbook", which is mainly composed of sports venues "assessment of the green Olympics" and "green building evaluation standard" has carried on the introduction and comparison analysis of each evaluation standard in order to further explore the green building evaluation system suitable for the Chinese situation.Then according to the characteristics of the green buildings’cost benefit analysis, monetize the benefit of green building from the point of whole life cycle, energy conservation strategy of incremental cost and energy saving benefit for quantitative analysis,. Finally introduces Foxconn project, and through the Foxconn project adopts two certification systems: LEEDTM and green building evaluation standard, from the Sustainable Site, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Material and Resources and Indoor Environment Quality in all kinds of energy saving technology. Through the design case and baseline case comparisons, use cost saving analysis, calculate project investment gains. Not only the technical feasibility analysis of the green building to bring out, but also the economy feasibility to building. |
