In recent years, along with the national electric power reform, electric power market competition is fierce, so that the electric power companies must to pay more attention to the sustainable supply of distribution network capacity.According to policy instruction of the SGCC, the power grid of Dalian improve power supply reliability for many years, which requires the power distribution of Dalian must to reduce the power failure time, narrowing the scope of power failure, and has a more stable ability of power supply.Ti is good of fault location and operation mode to the reformation on Distribution automation reformation,and it play an important role in improving power supply reliability.From 2008, the power grid of Dalian began to improvement the technology of distribution automation. this topic is based on the experience for many years, and summarize of the experimental results.On reducing the time of power failure, the technology of Distribution automation play an Important role on improve reliability of power supply.Distribution automation involves the two parts, substation automation and distribution lines automation.substation automation of dalian has been completed,so the automation of distribution lines is the most important part.Based on years of experience in distribution network automation transformation of dalian and cognize on the present situation of automation transformation in Dalian, this topic Insight into the technology of distribution lines automation of Dalian.First of all, through of searching data and fielding survey, investigation of the current situation of dalian power base and analysis the status quo of the distribution network automation transformation in dalian, dalian to emphasize the importance of distribution network transformation, as well as basic direction.Second, through the study of distribution lines automation, put forward a variety of automated open circuit equipment together with wire automation solutions, and aims at the overall characteristics of the dalian grid scheme selection, overall design automation terminal building for dalian areas to provide a theoretical basis.Late to the above theory to practical application, this paper studies the concentration and local type two kinds of feeder automation mode, and the practicability of two kinds of feeder automation mode are analyzed, so as to solve the feeder automation in the dalian area 10 kv distribution network model selection problem.Finally, through to analysis the indicators of the automation reform pilot in Dalian,view of this topic put forward validation. What is more important is Reduce the power grid for the reform than before.In order to improve the reliability of power supply in Dalian, this topic proposed a plan of distribution lines automation solution to improve the efficiency of distribution fault repair for dalian. By the transformation of distribution network automation,we can realize segment detection and Remote operations, also can use software for distribution network line management, on line protection and substation protection device for effective cooperation. By the transformation of distribution network automation,distribution network accident treatment more timely, the repair of the accident is more efficient, and improve the power supply reliability and stability.
