Electric power is an important energy that supports national economic,social and economic development.From the development of high-tech industries such as the Internet to the popularization of household electrical equipment,the development of electric power plays a vital role.The users’ demand for the quality of power use has become increasingly vigorous,and the attention to the quality of power use has become more and more high.Higher technical requirements have also been put forward for the safety and reliability of power supply.Power quality affects people’s production and life.Power supply reliability is an indicator to measure whether the power supply can be sustained and stable.Power quality and power supply reliability reflect the level of economic development of a country,and it is also an important indicator to measure the operation level of power grid.The basic requirements of distribution network automation are to realize the basic requirements of efficient dispatch,stable and safe operation,convenient maintenance,optimized operation and management of China’s power system,and to provide better quality power distribution system services to adapt to the rapid economic growth of the vast number of families in China and remote areas.First of all,the Tengzhou Township distribution network of the current situation of the analysis,according to the township distribution system automation development of the basic ideas and technical requirements,combined with the current all the advantages of equipment in the township area for optimization and analysis,the feasibility of the township distribution network upgrading and other aspects of the study.The planning scheme and various technologies and hardware and software equipment involved in the automation of distribution network are comprehensively explained,and the objectives and principles of the upgrading and transformation of the rural distribution network in the township of Tengzhou City are clarified.Secondly,the design scheme adopts the feeder mode of retaining the existing main line centralization and voltage feeder with unchanged automation function.According to the existing agricultural network lines in Tengzhou City,the network structure and equipment are summarized and analyzed,and the factors such as the rural network structure,geographical location,current situation of the power grid,network connection and so on are analyzed.Then use "outlet switch + branch section switch switch/(boundary load switch/fuse)" for 7 township level 3 protection coordination pattern on the line for the overall planning,to further improve the defense capability of the distribution network fault,the pressure drop substation tripping,narrowing the scope of power awareness,implement the "jump across the board,section" to"jump local,A new leap of location.Through the three-level protection transformation of the distribution network,the 10 k V lines in the towns under the jurisdiction were transformed and upgraded.Through transformation and upgrading,the number of trips of the 10 k V line in the township has been significantly reduced,and the number of line failures in 2020 has been reduced by about 40% compared with that in 2019.Finally in the domestic existing intelligent power distribution system based on intelligent automation management,with complete sets of power distribution intelligent column on the distribution of open circuit protection device and complete sets of differential relay protection device to cooperate with each other,through the intelligent power distribution system with domestic existing intelligent automation management technology,the intelligent integration and interaction between realize fault location,processing,distribution accident treatment time,Improve the safety,reliability and daily maintenance of normal power supply of regional distribution network and the service quality of distribution network,lean and optimize the operation and improve the management level.
