Conveyor belt is a vital component for pipe belt conveyor,while the rubber material is a major component of conveyor belt,to choose Reasonably rubber material model,and calculate the material parameters is significant for analysis of the stress state of the conveyor belt,Since the running line of pipe belt conveyor is complex and the tube cross section is special,the belt force state in different section (straight line section,curved section and the transition section) is quite different. We will analyse the belt stress state in different conveyor sections,then obtain the belt stress distribution.It has a great significance in choosing conveyor belt reasonably, lowering the cost of the belt conveyor and reducing energy consumption.In the finite element software ANSYS,Select two parameter Mooney-Rivlin model to simulate the rubber material,and calculate the material parameters;Establish pull model with steel cord conveyor belt for example,and use applying displacement method for finite element analysis,and observe belt stress distribution;Establish the sag resistance finite element model and calculated sag resistance,and analysis changes of sag resistance value in different condition;Simulate actual operating status of pipe belt conveyor in the finite element software,create and control MPC184 unit in order to achieve rotational displacement of the conveyor pipe,analysis belt stress state in curved section,and observed stress cloud,analysis factors affecting belt stress;In ANSYS,conduct finite element analysis for transition tube forming process,to get the transition belt stress cloud.Draw roadmap along the different width direction to contrast stress changes,observe belt stress distribution changes after applying load to transition segment model in different factors;Establish material impact model, to analyse the stress state of conveyor belt.Finite element analysis derived rubber materials exhibit highly nonlinear,the results agree well with the experimental results; When the line segment belt is pulled,belt stress focus on steel cord and the rubber materials contact surface,and the core diameter influents the stress distribution;Roller diameter is smaller, the sag resistance is greater;In curved sections belt stress focused on the roller contact area,and belt stress in the outer is greater than the inside. and there is an open trend at belt lap position;Drawing the belt longitudinal stress distribution curve in the width direction, maximum stress is at the edge of the belt,minimum stress is at both ends of the horizontal rollers,transition section length and diameter affect stress distribution, the length of transition section length is greater and the diameter is smaller, the maximum stress is smaller; The stress on the conveyor belt presents uneven distribution under impact,minimum stress value is much smaller than the maximum stress.
