Multi-ribbed composite wall structure is a new type of prefabricated residential structure system which set energy-saving and engineering economy in a body, and its superiority performance is that its light quality and environmental friendly, anti-seismic, low energy consumption, low cost, and the use of the advantages of the area was improved. Based on the construction features of the main structure and the residential performance analysis and evaluation of relevant theory, this paper designed a set of scientific,reasonable and feasible evaluation index system. At the same time, it has chosen a feasible nalytical method and established the residential evaluation model in order to demonstrate applicable performance of the multi-ribbed composite wall structure residence. The main work is as follows:(1) From several aspects of the wall materials,the construction characteristics of the wall, the main structure, the environmental impact, this paper analyzed the characters of multi-ribbed composite wall structure residential on the basis of the research study of this article at early stage and the relevant housing performance evaluation index classification standard. In regard to the index that affect the residential performance were decomposed with various factors should be adopted.This paper screened the indicators and established index system for evaluation which reflecting the multi-ribbed composite wall structure residential suitability evaluation in service.(2) Optimizing the initial evaluation set of multi-ribbed composite wall structure from two angles of experts and consumers, the final evaluation index system was established from six aspects of application performance as follows: economical efficiency, residential environment performance, residential security performance, residential durability and residential Sociability.(3) Combined with the investigation results and the expert opinions, two evaluation models based on the BP artificial network and wavelet neural network were designed, comparing the operation ability of the two kinds of neural network and the evaluation results, and at the same time this paper checked the model by applying it to multi-ribbed composite wall structure project in service. Meanwhile, the advantage and applicability of the wavelet neural network used in the multi-ribbed composite wall structure performance evaluation was demonstrated Effective investment advice were provided for the construction, design, construction units and consumers. Finally, we put forward several energy saving design measures of the construction projects.These suggestions will be beneficial to popularize of the multi-ribbed composite wall structure residence.
