The multi-ribbed slab structure is a kind of seismic energy-saving,ecoenvironmental protection,economical and practical,rapid construction of a new system of building structures,have a good application prospects.Investment decision-making from a scientific point of view,wall-ribbed structure of the project life-cycle cost management theory of cost analysis,considering the initial construction cost of the project and operating and maintenance costs(cost) to achieve more scientific rational investment decisions.In this paper,preliminary studies in the group on the basis of the multi-ribbed wall for the structure of civilian residential projects,based on BP neural network model of life-cycle cost estimates for the multi-ribbed wall structure study of life-cycle cost estimate.The following specific research:1.Multi-ribbed wall structural engineering division of life-cycle costs.General framework based on life-cycle cost breakdown structure,combined with energy-efficient residential and seismic characteristics of residential,multi-ribbed wall set up the structure of the project life-cycle cost estimate breakdown stage;and set up multi-layer wall-ribbed structure of the whole tree in all stages of life cycle Fractal analysis of the cost structure.2.Ribbed wall for multi-storey structure of the project life-cycle cost analysis applied to multi-ribbed panel estimation methods in structural engineering.According to multi-ribbed wall of the characteristics of structural engineering,applied to set up panel ribbed structural engineering of the mathematical model to estimate LCC;neural network based on the ribbed wall structural engineering LCC implementation estimated operation and the estimation model of Formal description of the procedures give the final implementation.3.BP neural network based on the multi-ribbed wall structural engineering LCC estimation model.Through research,based on neural network theory and the structure of fibbed wall life-cycle cost estimates of the characteristics of BP neural network based on the life-cycle cost estimation model.Through the valuation model,after detection of example,and its accuracy to meet the basic project life-cycle from the perspective of the project required investment estimated for this new type of wall-ribbed structure of the system set up to promote more scientific assessment of the cost model.Theoretical analysis and calculation results show that:In this paper,multi-layer wall-ribbed structure of BP neural network model of life-cycle cost estimate reasonable and feasible, the project has a certain practical significance.
