Project Construction Cost Control Research Based On BIM

With the deepening of reform, national economy in recent years the development of construction industry is faced with enormous challenges. The adjustment of industrial structure and serious excess capacity have made the construction enterprise profit decrease year by year, especially in construction stage of project resource consumption is the main stage, the construction cost overruns has been quite common. In order to make the enterprise in the fierce competition in the industry remain competitive enough, so for construction stage of cost control of construction enterprise is particularly important. BIM(Building Information Modeling) to appear for the construction industry has brought the second revolution after CAD, complete Information as the database model based on integration of construction project to coordinate the various project participants, simulating the construction process, improve efficiency of project management and greatly reduce the project cost. This article is based on the application of BIM to do as to research in construction stage of cost control.This article first introduces the developing situation of the construction enterprise and BIM related theoretical research, analyzed in recent years, the application of the construction stage of cost control theory and the application of BIM in construction stage of cost control. Constructed the construction stage of construction project cost control system, this paper expounds the system goal and principle, analyzes the application of BIM process of cost control during construction. The construction phase of the cost to do with the comprehensive analysis and control, and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied in the system of construction cost control performance evaluation are discussed, and then design the construction phase cost control model based on BIM, realize the construction stage of cost monitoring, early warning and the cost forecast, the construction cost control theory of earned value analysis method combined with BIM, verified, and in case, the case will be traditional earned value method and the improved earned value method in contrast, to avoid the deviation of the traditional earned value method is improved earned value method and the combination of the 5D BIM can effectively the construction stage of cost control, in order to the project construction cost control to do further research.Current construction projects for the use of BIM more concentrated in the design phase, and in the construction stage to carry out the research and application of BIM is of great significance to promote the BIM technology application from design phase to construction phase, reduce the attenuation in the process of information transmission, promote the application of virtual reality and simulation technology, auxiliary large complex project construction process management and control, and dynamic management, the BIM application until the application in construction management to the project of whole life cycle will be the focus of the promotion industry development direction in the future.
