Storage and analysis of the experimental data is essential in aerospace and weapon experiments. Along with the development of the aerospace systems, the data which should be stored and analyzed will be produced not only before and after the firing stage, but also during the maintenance stage, the preparation stage and the monitoring stage which might last as long as 1 year. Therefore it is important to keep the system available in a large time scale while the system can effectively store and analyze all the data.This paper proposes multiline scale compression algorithm, which can compress the original data and store the data in different levels into database. This algorithm can tremendously reduce the data that the interpretation system need to get from the database to analyze hence the execution time can be reduced. The data production speed might be very fast and it might be hard to store the data into database without delay. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a storage algorithm using both file system cache and database to speed up the storage process. For the stability and availability of the system, this paper proposes a high availability module targeted at multiple processes management using heartbeat to detect and manage all the modules in the whole system. Therefore the availability and failover can be highly increased.This paper discusses and details the above solution, and the system has been tested under strict test environment including functional test, performance test, and stability test. The tests shows that the system can fully meet the demands. The system can compress and then store the data into file system and database.
