With the development and application of computer, MS technology has made great progress, and was widely used in many fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, environment, energy, pharmaceutical, forensic, life sciences and medicine and the like. However, great progress with respect to mass spectrometry techniques, the development of mass data storage format is relatively slow, since most companies have adopted instruments supporting data processing software and a separate data file format, which is not only to analyze and exchange data between instruments pose a very difficulties, while not conducive to building a mass database. In addition, due to the characteristics of mass spectrometry experiments having repeated the experiment, which makes a very large amount of data generated in the experiment, so that the stored data has become a major problem, but also on the data storage environment higher requirements.In this thesis, in order to solve the data exchange and compression requirements, based on the understanding of the principles of the law on mass spectrometry to analyze the specific needs of each of the unified data format and data compression technology in-depth inquiry gives solutions and in an actual product to be used. The system uses the Skyray’s GC-MS(gas chromatography- mass linkage instrument) data acquisition and PC through the acquired data file for analysis and processing, the platform principles of inquiry and data files the compression.The main study of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)MS data analysis platform in the principles of a comprehensive study and implementation of the upper platform of the analysis consists of data processing and acquisition systems, instrumentation monitoring and tuning system, method management system and user interface system composed of mass spectral data acquisition can be completed, queries, stored and sharing, spectrum plotted data functions.(2)MS data analysis platform to explore comprehensive unified data format, with the current research progress standard format MS data analysis system combing summarized various data formats currently in use, on the basis of existing data formats, analyzes a suitable summary unified data format to the mass spectrometry data analysis, data exchange, and as far as possible to solve the problems of integration.(3)MS data compression preliminary inquiry, its own characteristics determine the need to use mass spectrometry experiments repeated experiments experimental strategies, have combined with a huge amount of experimental data, the current single mass spectrometry experiments, the attendant issue is the need vast amounts of storage space in this paper, we will be transformed into a unified data format MS data file tries targeted compression, combined with the structure of the mass spectral data preprocessing, excluding data compression feasibility of the program, more compression results.
