At present, noise pollution has become increasingly serious, and the quality of people's lives are seriously affected.Especially in the factory, mechanical vibration noise is everywhere,some serious noise endanger the health of workers, the general noise also distract the attention of the workers, and affect efficiency. Particularly the mechanical vibration noise is a signal of equipment failure, so it is very urgent for the factory to control the sound of mechanical vibration.Because of the high cost and the highly demanding on the environment of the sound source localization system,so it can not effectively solve such pervasive noise pollution in current.Therefore, this article intends to design an economical and convenient sound source localization system.This sound source localization system is mainly for mechanical vibration noise source,in order to improve portability and implementation of the sound source, we should appropriately sacrifice positioning accuracy. It provides some ideas for the later development of sound source localization systems, and solve some simple case of the sound source localization work,and make a contribution to the noise control.This article main work including following points:(1)The study of sound source localization algorithm. Understand the most commonly used sound source localization algorithm, combined with the characteristics of mechanical vibration noise in the factory, then selected sound source localization algorithm suitable for the environment-the algorithm include focus algorithm and MUSIC algorithm, and analyze their advantages and disadvantages. To optimizelocation algorithm according to the characteristics, so that it can better calculate the sound source localization.(2)Development of sound source localization system. Analysis thinking and design of the current conventionalthe sound source localization system, design a reasonable, workable sound source localization program from hardware and software. The hardware part is to design microphone array and signal acquisition system-DSP. The software part is the programs written of signal acquisition and signal processing. Finally put the design into reality.(3)Analysis and use of sound source localization system.Use MATLAB to simulate the designed sound source localization program, analyze the impact of various factors on the sound source localization system accuracy, provide a theoretical basis for the practical application for late. Then, test the sound source localization system, analysis the accuracy of the sound source positioning and signal acquisition. Developed the Orientation program of the mechanical vibration sound source.The above information provides a feasible idea to develop the sound source localization system, with some guidance and use of significance.
