At present, the nuclear accident will produce large amounts of radioactive dust, forming a great threat to human health and economic development. The most commonly used method of removing radioactive dust is the peeled-up coating pressing and decontamination technology. The technology is that using the multi-functional spraying vehicle to spray the detergents into the air and the ground, which can fix radioactive dust on the ground and form repressive decontamination membrane. In order to achieve the aim of decontamination, We can use the recycling machinery to recover the membrane of the ground. However, because the various environment conditions have different level of effects on the decontamination membrane, the mechanical properties of decontamination membrane are very complex. In the process of recycling film, the decontamination membrane fracture phenomenon will happen, which will influence the decontamination efficiency. Using the membrane, of which comprehensive properties such as tensile strength are all good to bond decontamination, instead of repressive decontamination membrane. This topic researches adding membrane laying device to the multi-function spraying vehicle.The decontamination membrane laying device includes membrane storage and transport mechanism, exhaust gas heating mechanism and laying rotating mechanism. The membrane storage and transport mechanism drives chain through the motor, the chain transports the membrane to the roof and store the membrane. Exhaust gas heating mechanism can realize that guiding the exhaust gas from the engine and heat-ing membrane, increasing the viscosity. When laying rotating mechanism is in the non-working state, it can be used as the sealing plate of spraying vehicle; In working status, for piston rod of pneumatic cylinder is adjustable, laying rotating mechanism can be rotated to contact the ground, and using the motor to drive gear, pulling membrane to the ground, and add preloaded pressure to the membrane through the rolling roller. As the driving of the spraying vehicle, decontamination membrane laying device can lay the membrane effectively.The three mechanisms of decontamination membrane laying device has carried on the detailed design research, calculation and selection of components and performance analysis. Due to the three mechanisms involves more parts, to avoid the case of the parts intervene in the design process, using Pro/E to model and assemble the multifunctional spraying vehicle and membrane laying device. So that we can use the space of spraying vehicle effectively, and add the three mechanisms of decon-tamination membrane laying device the the multifunctional spraying vehicle.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the key components of decontamination membrane laying device.(1)Due to the external load of vehicle frame is very large, it needs to make the the statics finite element analysis of vehicle framework of membrane storage and transport mechanism, and put forward the reinforcement method;(2) in order to prevent rolling roller resonance in the process of laying membrane,it needs to make structure modal analysis of rolling roller of laying rotating mechanism;(3)in order to make the membrane to be heated more uniformly, using Fluent software module of ANSYS software to analyze the temperature field and velocity field of gas flow layer of laying rotating mechanism.By the analysis,obtaining its analysis results,finding out deficiencies and defects of mechanism design.and a structure optimization was carried out.
