Heliostat is one of the key equipment of the tower photothermal power station.The mirror area dust will affect the reflectivity of the heliostat and thus affect the power generation efficiency of the whole tower photothermal power station.The core of balancing the contradiction between high concentration reflection requirement and low cleaning cost maintenance is cleaning according to dust deposition.The detection methods related to mirror area dust or emissivity are affected by large environmental factors.The development of standard board for measuring the dust accumulation of sunglasses is helpful to eliminate environmental impact.However,it is difficult to make the dust deposition standard plate,such as uniform spraying,effective curing,accurate calibration and grading verification.In this thesis,a curing scheme was proposed,and a fully automatic ash spraying and curing integrated spraying device was developed.The standard plate was developed by presetting the spraying amount,optimizing the spraying path and actual quantitative calibration.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)For the first time,the concept of solidifying standard plate for dust accumulation of sunglasses was proposed.On the basis of studying the characteristics of sunglasses,dust accumulation and curing technology,in order to adopt a reasonable mirror dust curing agent method,the characteristics of the solidifying agent were analyzed,studied and necessary experiments were carried out,and the curing agent and spraying method suitable for the surface area dust curing of mirror standard plate were found.The influence of curing agent on dust deposition and mirror reflection rate was studied,and the automatic curing scheme was tested.(2)A set of special automatic“spray-solid integration”device for the production of dust accumulation standard plate of sunglasses is designed and developed.The device is equipped with a spray head and a curing head in parallel,which integrates spray and solid ash.The path optimization of dust control is realized by two-factor variance analysis method.The elliptical doubleβdistribution model is used in the spray pen spraying.Through the experimental test data research,the optimal vertical distance between the spray pen and the mirror,the optimal speed of the spray pen,and the optimal superposition distance of the adjacent spraying trajectory are given.The uniformity of the dust deposition distribution of the standard plate is improved,and the production of the standard plate of the dust deposition of the heliostat is completed.(3)In order to realize the quantitative calibration and reasonable classification of the standard plate,based on the preset standard soot volume,considering the edge,position and accumulation loss,the quantitative correlation analysis of the actual dust volume and the specular reflection rate of the mirror was carried out by using the high precision electronic balance and emissivity measurement instrument,and the change of the spec ular reflection rate before and after the solidification after the soot injection was studied.The standard plate was divided into five dust levels with dust density of 1.87g/m~2,3.60g/m~2,7.20g/m~2 and 10.61g/m~2,and the quantitative classification of standard plate was realized.
