Gear meshing pair and worm gear meshing pair are the important parts of the mechanical transmission. With the wide application and improving performance requirements, Put forward higher requirements of its vibration characteristics meshing and dynamic mechanism of the backlash. There are practical significance to improve for the accuracy vice-precision servo drive system.In this paper, the main task is completing design the overall framework of the test platform, modeling and analysis and Simulation. According the design requirements, designing of the electronic control system, configuring the matching measurement system at the same time, Preparation of PC control software. Assisted control ensures reliable operation of the test. Finally, do and verify the orthogonal experiment of the speed and torque. Simulate the vibration characteristics in different load and speed conditions under different conditions and correlation analysis for test data, details are as follows.(1)By the comprehensive performance test system function analysis of worm and transmission gear pair. The overall design of the test system and hardware framework building, calculation and analysis of the selection of key hardware, and integrated development.(2)Building drive-load, dual-motor servo control module platform. Combining the comprehensive performance testing system features and functions requirements of the worm and gear transmission,design software features. Use of C ++ design and development of control software matched, to ensure that test data acquisition and processing.(3)Based on the vibration the mechanism and engagement theory of transmission pair, establish worm gear and the planetary gear system model, using the finite element method to simulate the performance of the transmission pair, carried out the comparative and analysis of the vibration characteristics and two kinds of transmission pair.(4)Take the worm and planetary gear pair system as the research object,Design vibration test testing program, and carried out ‘Speed – Torque’ orthogonal test,Then, based on test data analysis, analysis and verification of the inherent vibration characteristics.
