In many cases of remaking of the Urban and construction of the new city,since not considered the impact of ground cover change on urban runoff and discharge from the perspective of the whole city,so that Peak runoff is greatly improved and Urban waterlogging appears after construction. In the process of urban construction,it is lake occupation,the banned existing drainage channels or substantial reduction of cross section that aggravate waterlogging.Urban waterlogging incidents frequently appear,and in recent years,waterlogging degree in Wuhan become serious.This paper intends to assess flood capacity of Wuhan Huangxiaohe River drainage system,and tries to build waterlogging evaluation system to provide technical support for the quantitative assessment of urban drainage systems in flood capacity.This paper make qualitative analysis of causes of waterlogging in Wuhan. This paper taking Wuhan Huangxiaohe River drainage system for the study,and make generalization of drainage system based on InfoWorks ICM,constructs water quality model of the study area and get local parameters;In this paper, the number of overflow manhole, overload pipe length and number, waterlogging depth and waterlogging area are set as indexes for the carrying capacity of different return periods drainage network conditions.The results show:There are four pipe overloaded a long time ? 5 manholes longer waterlogging,belonging reconstruction priority areas;When the return period p ? 5a,with the increase of the return period p, overloading pipe asc,when the return period p?5a,the number of overload pipe stabilized state;The existing high, low Pumping Station are only able to carry return 10 a return period rainfall;Get the proportions sections of overloaded pipe on different return periods of rainfall.Quantitative evaluation system of waterlogging was constructed,which set ratio of flooded area?ratio of overflow nodes?ratio of the number of overloaded pipe and unit overflow water catchment area as evaluation system for first class index.This paper make the assessment of waterlogging of the two subsystems of high discharge zone in Huangxiaohe River drainage system,it was consistent with risk map.Assessment of flood capacity of Wuhan Huangxiaohe River drainage system can provide a reference for flood control reconstruction.Waterlogging quantitative evaluation system can be used to reasonably determine the progress of the construction projects in flood arrangements.
