Centrifuge can be divided into desktop and floor type according to the classification of structure form.Classified by speed can be divided into low-speed centrifuge, high-speed centrifuge, ultracentrifuge, ultra high-speed centrifuge.It is widely used in medical treatment, blood stations, universities, scientific research units, biological, pharmaceutical, fine chemical industry, agriculture, new materials, oil, food, environmental protection, genetic engineering and many other areas.Centrifuge technology at home and abroad in recent years toward high speed, high precision, self-examination, networked, remote monitoring, intelligent direction.Based on the intelligent desktop centrifuge as the main body, the literary designs the electric control system of intelligent bench centrifuge, adopts the fuzzy PID control to control the centrifuge motor speed, quantitative analysis of the centrifuge rotor fault detection.The literary studies the motor control method of intelligent desktop centrifuge,which driven by a brushless DC motor.It uses the fuzzy PID control algorithm for brushless DC motor speed control to make the parameter setting simple.Experimental data show that processing speed control precision has improved through control algorithm.The literary designs the hardware circuit of electric control system of intelligent bench centrifuge.Hardware circuit by function can be divided into the brushless dc motor drive circuit, doors detection and rotor identification circuit, temperature control circuit, storage and communication interface circuit, man-machine interface circuit, power system, fault detection, PROFIBUS bus communication module and interface circuit design.It uses STM32 which on master control board to send the instruction to control motor.STM32 mainly to complete output of frequency as well as output of control signal in current and voltage.This literary studies and designs various parts of the circuit, so that each circuit can meet the requirements of the centrifuge control system.The literary designs the electrical control system software of intelligent desktop centrifuge.The electric control system is designed according to the module software first, and then call each module in the main program.It designs the flow chart of the main program of electric control system, and then designs each module procedures, including speed detection program and current detection, speed control program.It designs the communication program of touch screen with the MODBUS slave of STM32 and PROFIBUS bus communication module program.
