Airborne photoelectric radar is an essential equipment for aircraft flight and combat. Electronic components are the key components of the photoelectric radar. It is responsible for receiving instructions from the main computer and controlling the photoelectric radar to enter different states. In this paper, we design a set of electronic components testing system based on Windows, to reduce the difficulty of fault searching and large amount of work in the maintenance of electronic equipment.Firstly the basic concept of fault tree is introduced, highlights the fault tree analysis, of which the establishment of fault tree, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree are researched at length, providing a theoretical basis for the analysis of fault tree of electronic components.According to the composition principle of electronic components and the main function and design requirements of the system, the hardware architecture of the detection system is designed and implemented. The frequency circuit, waveform broadening circuit, ARINC429 level conversion circuit, are described in detail. The main testing modules, including the AD change circuit detection module, the DA change circuit detection module, Pulse code detection module, Matching device detection module, Read-only memory module, Fault component positioning module, Self-checking module, are expounded at length in this paper.Due to the large amount of calculation and operation space of traditional module connection method,this paper puts forward preprocessing of the fault tree.Using the principles of compression and extraction to making modularization.directly to transform to the BDD. Based on the research object of electronic component detection system, fault tree is established. Based on the difficulties to obtain failure rate of basic events of electronic components, the fuzzy theory is introduced into the analysis of fault tree to calculate the failure rate of basic events, which providing the technical reference for fault diagnosis of equipment.At last, the functions of Electronic component detection system are debugged, completed software testing and software-hardware tests.The test results proved that the system performance is superior and has reached the expected goal. At present, the detection system has been put into use and has the very high practical value.
