With the development of communication technology in China, the voltage quality monitor based on GPRS/GSM communication was designed and made, which can solve the problem of remote communication of voltage quality monitor, and meet the requirements of the electricity sector to the voltage quality monitoring. However, with the wide application of voltage quality monitor, it needs regular inspected to ensure that the accuracy of the monitor. But inspectors had to carry the test platform to workplace to test the voltage quality monitor in traditional test method. With the increasing installation of the voltage quality monitor, and shortening of the test cycle, the inspectors'workload also increased, even it turns out to be the situation that the voltage quality monitor was not tested timely. In view of this situation, the remote test device of voltage quality monitor based on GPRS/GSM communication was researched and designed, in order to realize the remotely test of voltage quality monitor, and improve the efficiency of inspection.The test method of voltage quality monitor based on GPRS/GSM communication was proposed by studying the tradition test methods of the voltage quality monitor and further researching the single-phase voltage quality monitor test platform. Then the general scheme and testing process of the test device are designed, and the performance index of the test device is analyzed. In the test apparatus, the focus of the research is the realized of 0.05 grade high stable voltage source. Firstly, the specific DDS circuit is designed which use the principle of the direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) synthesized sinusoidal signal based on the FPGA. it contains the design of FPGA minimum system?the design of D/A conversion circuit the design of polarity conversion circuit the design of active filter circuit and the design of amplitude control circuit. DDS was used to synthesize sine wave signal, which realize the digital adjustment of the signal amplitude, frequency and phase. Secondly, Power amplifying circuit is designed to amplify the sinusoidal signal, which can obtain the standard voltage source. Finally, the communication circuit of the test device was designed, which was responsible for remote communication of the test device.In this thesis, the design of the hardware circuit and software of the test device based on GPRS/GSM communication are completed. And the physical prototypes was made, several hardware debugging was done. The experimental results show that the test device can produce precision 0.05 grade voltage source, and realize the digital adjustment of the standard voltage amplitude and frequency.
