With the development of manufacturing technology, electrical energy has been widely applied to social production and various aspects of life. As the voltage measurement tool to evaluate power quality-the accuracy of the voltage monitor directly determines the results of voltage measurement. Therefore, the accurate measurement of voltage not only can improve the metering level of the electricity, but also can promote the improvement of energy industry, and motivate the development of the national economy.Along with the growing development of communication technology in China, voltage monitor has made continuous progress.The voltage quality monitor has met the needs of the electricity sector on voltage quality monitoring and management. But, following the widespread application of voltage monitor, it is necessary to examine the voltage monitor regularly to ensure the accuracy of monitoring data. However, the traditional method of calibration requires check personnel to the scene to check the voltage monitor. Yet, with the increasing of the voltage monitor usage, check cycle gets shorter, and the workload increases. It is possible that the voltage monitor cannot be checked timely, which may result that the power sector is unable to obtain the real information of supply voltage, leading to the fail of real-time scheduling of the power sector, influencing peopleā€™s normal using of power.This research is based on the existing technology, to deeply study the impact of calibration control mode and method of voltage monitor on checking voltage monitor, to further explore the single-phase voltage monitor calibration platform, and then to propose this checking method, promoting the systematization and industrialization of voltage monitor calibration technology, pushing forward the checking level of voltage monitor.This project mainly studies the realization of the high stability of the voltage source, focusing on the method to generate sine wave and the concrete realization of its circuit, produced by direct digital frequency synthesis technology (Direct Digital Synthesis, DDS) based on the FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) technology. The writer applies digital method to achieve the adjustments of sine wave amplitude, frequency and phase, and meanwhile to make further study on the power amplification electric circuit.This design, based on the DDS technology, combined with the research results, develops the single-phase voltage source with a precision of 0.05:This article amplifies the power of sine wave to obtain high-precision standard voltage source. This kind of high-performance and high-precision sine wave is produced by a hardware which is based on FPGA controller. When need to check the voltage monitor, the control center sends checking command, PRS/ GSM communication module receives it and sends it to the FPGA controller. At the same time, the controller will send the checking command; the control switching module makes the voltage monitor access to the standard source voltage, so as to realizing the remote checking on the voltage monitor.
