So the safety and reliability of electrical equipment operation need further requirements. Infrared diagnostic technology in electric equipment has the obvious advantages of non-contact diagnosis. In a real world application, further improving the accuracy of the measurement and application effect has great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment.This paper first introduced the basic knowledge related to infrared radiation, and analyzed the working principle of infrared imager, And then the paper illustrated the basic principle of putting in to use the infrared diagnosis in power system and analyzed the factors affecting of the test accuracy. Then, the third chapter of the article studied the types, the characteristics and the corresponding diagnosis methods and of fever defects in the running electrical equipment,and discussed the technique of the infrared diagnosis for the electrical internal and external defects of equipment. On this basis, through collecting a large number of various types of the infrared spectrum images of electrical equipment, combined with the typical case analysis of the actual defects, grasped the features of infrared spectrum about the different equipment defects, provided identification gist for operating crew, judged defect accurately and improved the efficiency.Tianjin Binhai electric power corporation, in view of the infrared detection work, formulated the corresponding working plan, operational procedures,management methods and work instructions. The technology of infrared diagnosis has been applied in the actual operation and maintenance work. In the everyday work, based on the anomalies of the infrared spectrum, operators analyzed the faultiness of the operating electric power equipment, and then determined the location of fault or defect, predicted the development trend and targeted maintenance plan.The used of infrared diagnosis technology in the power system, have gived full play to the advantage in safety, convenience and sensitivity, increased thepower supply reliability of the area. |
