Abstract/Summary:
The prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has been widely used in modern bridge construction for its advantages such as construction convenient, great structure stiffness, good dynamic stability, large span capability. The cradle cantilever construction has been mostly applied in the p restressed concrete continuous rigid frame, but in process of the construction the internal force and displacement of the bridge may change by the influence of complex environment. In order to ensure construction quality and safety, the bridge construction control is important for the bridge, analyze and adjust the deviation of each cantilever generated in the construction stage, eventually to make sure that the bridge closed smoothly and the stress and linear comply with the design requirements. In this paper, based on the engineering background of Xiaohegou Extra- large continuous rigid frame bridge, theoretical calculation and analyze cantilever construction process of the bridge and monitoring in the actual site. The finite element calculation model of the bridge is established by Midas/civil, and the camber values is determined by theoretical calculation and analysis stress and deformation of each segmental cantilever construction. The analysis of designed parameters, such as concrete shrinkage and creep, temperature, prestressed tension, affect the stress and linear of the bridge, can be used as the basis of on-site monitoring of each construction stage. The middle span push mode and the side span closure mode is determined by simulation analysis and actual situation to ensure the successful closure of bridge. The monitoring date show that, linear and stress of the bridge coincides with the design requirements, the expected purpose of monitoring is achieved.
