This paper expounds the current of bridge detection and evaluation results domestic and abroad, some of the common diseases of reinforced concrete girder bridge mechanism analysised, on the basis of the existing Bridges working state and reliability for the further research.. First of all to current research system on the current situation of bridge evaluation method is introduced and summarized; Secondly this paper discusses the basic principle of the analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) method and the extenics evaluation and its application in bridge condition assessment, expand the application field of the theory of extenics, and for the reliability assessment of reinforced concrete bridge structures provides a new method; Again according to the structure characteristics of the concrete beam bridge divide bridge system, from the three aspects of bridge reliability evaluation hierarchy model is set up. Based on this, puts forward the method to determine the weight of each index, and combined with the existing data and related regulations, to discuss and identify the underlying index for evaluation of the matter-element assessment; Finally, combining with the practical engineering application of extension evaluation principle of system evaluation..In this paper, the extension engineering method is combined with evaluation of bridge reliability evaluation, on the basis of matter-element theory, extendion set theory and dependent function calculation, a matter-element model evaluating reliability assessment of reinforced concrete girder bridges is proposed. After the bridge detection about the Minxing River at Yingkou, and get the investigation and collection of information, the author mastered the impact characteristics of the reliability index of the bridge. Considered the multiplicity and the complexity of bridge reliability evaluation factors, the parameter is selected from the angle of the bridge state assessment that can reflect the Minxing River reliability. Through the calculation of the correlation the state rating of Mingxing River bridge at Yingkou, evaluating the reliability of the bridge by extenics and evaluation and the result was compared and analysis with other evaluation method, Considering the extenics evaluation results can accurately reflect the state of Mingxing River bridge reliability, which provide reference for prevention and maintenance and strengthening of Bridges and theoretical basis.
