Programme has the characteristics of high cost, long duration and high risk, diverse problems always arise uncertainly during construction, we must effectively control the construction progress of the programme. Otherwise, The construction process of programme is numerous, the needing resources are multifarious, the allocation of resources is difficult,which is easy. to have a resource allocation imbalance and some resources shortage within a certain period of time, It is a key link to how to reasonably allocate and use resources in the programme of construction progress control.This thesis summarizes the status quo such as the progress of the plan, the construction schedule control of progarmme, the collaborative control of programme and schedule control based on optimal allocation of resources, which has a overall control on the present situation of the programme management’s level and direction.Based on the study of the scholars at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the definition and control characteristics of the project group, analyzes the characteristics of construction stage, and also expounds the construction schedule plan establishment method and the control method. On this basis, it has carried on the detailed elaboration and analysis of control process, schedule control, and key techniques of multidimensional construction progress control in the project group. According to the programme of key technologies, this paper studys in detail on how to determine the project priority, how to break down the work structure,how to optimize the sub-project duration and how to establish multidimensional progress control model.On the basis of critical chain method, the paper studied the construction schedule planning method of project, emphatically elaborates the influence factors of programme schedule, the determination of preparation of target, the critical chain and buffer settings. Because of the programme of various objective differentiation, when integrating to a target, we need to identify goals conflict, analyze the causes, resolute the conflicts.In the allocation of the problem such as resource allocation imbalance, leading to construction delay problems in the project group. Based on the principle of probability theory, taking variance as a measure index, with the aim of minimum variance, the project group’s objective function of the resource equilibrium configuration is built to realize the balanced allocation of resources. With the examples of comparative analysis, it improved the balance significantly,which verifys the effectiveness of the resource optimization model.Based on programming theory, the programme resource allocation optimization model is bulit when supply of resources is insufficient. Appling programming theory to establish a linear model of artificial, material resource allocation, it regards the shortest delaying construction period and the minimum increasing cost as the objective function, in order to guarantee the rational allocation of resources.
