Lessons learned from previous earthquakes that irregular structures aroused reverse damaged easily, which could cause significant threats and losses to human life, and property, and the share is very heavy in all earthquake damage. But in the project design, irregular high-rise buildings are more and more to meet the requirement of the architecture function. Torsional effect of multi-storey and high-rise buildings could be influced by relative eccentricity, lateral-torsional stiffness ratio, period ratio and other parameters under the influence of horizontal seismic action; "High regulation" stipulated that L-shaped system value of//Bmax less than 0.35 of seismic precautionary intensity 7th, land for construction growing increasingly tense now, emerged numerous L-shaped structures beyond code limits. Therefore, designers have more difficulties to seize seismic performance of L-shaped structure, needing to add dynamic elastoplastic analysis, and strengthen research on those structures is very important and necessary to the design of high rise building.First, the article analyses structure torsional breaking mechanism and torsional deformation for discussing the influence factors of torsional response and analysis calculation method in China, pointing out that it is necessity to add elasto-plastic analysis for irregular plane structure of L-shaped. Then based on a practical frame shear wall structure of Shenyang, proceed the following analysis separately:Apply module of satwe in PKPM software to analyse the influence of different arrangement of shear walls on period ratio, displacement ratio and bearing capacity for summing up the characteristics of arrangement of shear walls in frame shear wall structure of L-shaped. The study concludes that thicken and adding shear walls of both flanks tails can increase torsional rigidity effectively,reducing period ratio but increasing torsional displacement ratio of the structure.Based on practical structure, building up a series of structures which have different value of //Bmax,analyze the influence on torsion property and stress states of floors of frame shear wall structure of L-shaped with different prominent exent. Torsional period ratio increase gradually, torsion characteristic parameters strengthen significantly, and torsion coupling extent recede of the structure with the value of l/Bmax increasing. The value of l/Bmax impacting on bearing capacity is not apparent, as for stress levels in the same location of horizontal member floors are higher with the increasing of l/Bmax, but stress concentrative points in the same model are smaller with the increasing of stories.With the aid of procedure of building for nonlinear dynamic elastoplastic analysis of the actual model, analyze the structure in detail when artificial wave's cardinal direction is imported in X and Y. The whole structure could meet the minimum requirements of specification, having the security of reserves. Prominent extent of frame shear wall structure in L-shaped go beyond specification to fifty percent, we still can get well result on anti-seismic effect. But when structure entering into the plastic response, increases torsional displacement ratio, which should be controlled.
