Located in the coastal area of Fujian Province with the rapid economic development and increased urbanization process, the expressway from Ningde Zhang Bay to Lianjiang Pukou of Shenhai multiple-track stretches the Ningde City and Fuzhou City of Fujian Province. The comprehensive traffic corridor where the project is located, there are various traffic solutions such as Ningde to Fuzhou section of Shenhai Expressway, Ningde to Fuzhou section of National Highway 104, Luoyuan to Fuzhou section of Provincial Highway 201 and Wenfu Railway. There are also various projects that are current under construction such as Kemen Railway for alleviation of port congestion and project in plans such as Ningde Fuding to Zhangwan Bay expressway of Shenhai multiple-track, northern bank of Luoyuan Bay expressway for alleviation of port congestion, Kemen expressway for alleviation of port congestion, Ningde to Luoyuan section of Provincial Highway 201, passenger transport of Ningzhang Railway, freight transport of Ningzhang Railway, Ningqu Railway, Chengao Railway for alleviation of port congestion and Northern Bank of Luoyuan Bay Railway for alleviation of port congestion. There are also Ningde Three Capitals to Macao and Hong Kong, southern and northern banks of Fuzhou Luoyuan Bay as well as the interference factors of the Ningde New Town and Luoyuan Industrial District, etc. which are currently under plans.Based on the social environment and transport environment of the expressway from Ningde Zhang Bay to Lianjiang Pukou of Shenhai multiple-track, this article analyzes the expansion plans of the existing Ningde to Fuzhou section of Shenhai Expressway and the plan to construct new expressways and then selects the access corridor of the project. On this basis, the article makes detail and specific plans of the access corridor scheme, compares the local routine schemes, and ascertains the recommended routines of the project and the connection modes of the important cities, economic districts and ports along the expressway. At last, briefly evaluate the social and economic impacts of the recommended routine for the project, the result of which has proved that the recommended routine scheme is reasonable and feasible.The selection of access and routine scheme of the expressway from Ningde Zhang Bay to Lianjiang Pukou of Shenhai multiple-track are of great reference value to the access selection of expressway in the coastal comprehensive traffic corridor and of positive significance to promote the development of expressways in China.
