Emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling technology has high utilization rate in old material,cold mixing and cold spread,economy,energy conservation and environmental protection etc features.So it has attracted much attention.The paper starte from the survey entity engineering of central plant cold recyling technology application in Liaoning province.Systematacially summarized successful experience and existing problems.Amended central plant cold recycling technology proportion method and evaluated pavement performance of emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling mixtures by a large number of indoor experiments.And make use of the finite element analysis method to analyze pavement structure mechanics response of the material,and then paved the trial roat successfully.Research conclusions are as follows:Selecte from entity engineering of central plant cold recyling technology application in Liaoning province as representative sections to conduct field investigation.Getting the results that the current central plant cold recycled materials mainly used in the layer below of road and basement layer and the application effect is good,the indicators of core samples can meet the specification requirements through the core sample thickness,traffic flow changes,gradation and asphalt content etc indoor test analysis.The paper adopt horizontal comparison,orthogonal experiment ect methods to make deep study about optimum water content and compaction molding and curing methods of emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling materials.The results showed that 100 times compaction and soil compaction can accurately measure optimum water content;Cement content 1.5%,two-side compaction 100 times for the first time,60? oven curing 2h and then after two-side compaction 25 times measured shows that each performance index of the specimens are much better;High temperature,water damage resistance etc road performance of mixtures can meet the technical requirements of the current specification.Compared economic performance of central plant cold recycling materials.common hot mixing asphalt mixtures and penetration asphalt mixtures,and evaluated social and environmental benefits based on the net present value method of lifetime cycle cost analysis.The results show that the final total value of the service life of central plant cold recycling materials are higher than other two kinds of materials.Economic,social and environmental benefits are remarkable.Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software analysis,compare the different material internal force characteristics as below layer structure.Contrast different thickness and different structural layers of the stress state of bottom cold recycling. Simulation results shows that tensile stress of cold recycling materials is smaller and structure is sTable ility. Cold as the bottom layer of recycled materials requires more than 6cm, applies to two and below grade light highway traffic. Cold recycled materials as a flexible base requires more than 8cm, apply a light in traffic and below grade highway.Paved emulsified asphalt central plant cold recycling trial road based on the loop reconstruction project of Fushun city Liaoning province.Through three times of pavement technical condition detection shows the indicators of test section are good.
