In recent years,spatial landscape is reshaped in the rapid urbanization and industrialization process.At the same time,the formation mechanism of spatial landscape is more complexity because of the background of social transition.Yiwu SICENGBAN is just a typical and representative phenomenon in present China.Yiwu SICENGBAN is a kind of work-live architecture constructed by villagers on homestead under special time background.The architectural form represented by Yiwu SICENGBAN appeared in 1990s,when the private economy was booming.As it's an important part of the urban growth system,whose location is impacted by the market rule.It disturbances the existed urban spatial order severely.The paper takes structuration theory put forward by Anthony Giddens as visual angle.It reveals the space production mechanism of SICENGBAN by combining the structure restrict and the individual behavioral autonomy.The paper suggests that SICENGBAN space production mechanism follows the logic of"poverty of rights——capturing the power——achieving rights".The right to use the residential bases is given some welfare characteristics,such as the Subject and object are limited,which resulting in the peasants' poverty of rights.Therefore,peasants can't share land revenue with citizens.System injustice is the logical starting point of the space production of SICENGBAN.But the system doesn't mean an airtight discipline society.As Foucault said,"where there is power,there is resistance".Peasants of Yiwu consolidate the subject of the right to use the residential bases by constructing SICENGBAN,and expand the object by using SICENGBAN.As a result,they achieve space rights.SICENGBAN,which is the result of space production as well as means,is the third space proposed by Soja.Then,new social order is generating result from the space production of SICENGBAN,which can be called the "reproduction of space".On one hand,SICENGBAN breakthroughs the structural land system;On the other hand,it results in negative externality of both social and spatial.The paper suggests that the negative effects are rooted in the process of space production——the contradiction between consolidating subject and expanding object of the right to use the residential bases.Besides,government,who is the hidden profit party,makes the space out of control by ignoring deliberately.In the theoretical perspective of structuration theory,the paper analysis the mechanism of space production of Yiwu SICENGBAN and can explanation the widespread SICENGBAN in China.By analyzing the case and inducting theory,the paper sets the boundary of SICENGBAN,figures out the mechanism of space production and puts forward the spatial nature of it The whole thesis contains about 60000 words,69 pictures and charts.
