Abstract/Summary:
Techniques called " Constraints pulp lap rebar anchor connection " and " rebar ring with insert rebar connection" were developed by Harbin Industrial of Technology research team. The problems in connection of longitudinal and horizontal rebars were solved.With these techniques,a prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system was established. The connection between each wall is the key points in prefabricated structures. Vertical seam will make a difference on the stiffness of the structure directly.Therefore, the vertical seam techniques should be improved.In order to achieve the reciprocating shear performance of vertical seam,this paper conducted cyclic loading test of12shear test specimens. The analysis of the specimen failure, stiffness, energy dissipation, interface slip and rebar strain proved that increasing interfacial shear reinforcement,changing form of shear rebar, strengthening concrete can improve the interfacial shear strength, The effect is very cbvious when these measures are united.With cyclic loading test,this paper designed3prefabricated concrete shear walls with vertical seam and3monolithic walls. Strengthened the connection between walls was strengthened by increasing U-shaped vertical shear rebar on joint surface, spacing X-shaped rebar frame. The failure modes, the mechanical properties, hysteretic energy capacity and reinforced strain of two kinds of walls were compared after cyclic load test. The results show that prefabricated concrete shear walls and monolithic walls have similar seismic performance,and the former has higher ductility.Through the tests, The destruction process of vertical seam can be divided into three stages: bonding, keyway damage and friction. Shear capacity has been calculated for each stage by analyzing interface shear. The formula can be used to determine the design by comparing the calculated values with the measured results. Besides,finite element analysis has been done on4specimens with different interface shear reinforcement, the simulation results further evidenced the correctness of theoretical calculations.
